Ikebana Speaker♪
The Japanese engineer, Keiji Koga, has transformed the potted plant into an “Ikebana Speaker” that makes leaves vibrate to produce the similar sound coming from a conventional stereo speaker. I(Minako,holo holo Flower & Gift) design flower arrangements for the “Ikebana Speaker”, which was written about by the Associated Press on Saturday, June 28.
I met Keiji Koga at a flower shop she worked at in Yokohama. I was very interested in his invention and started to enjoy arranging for the “Ikebana Speaker” with Keiji’s wife. You can listen to any music and sound through fresh leaves and flowers just like a normal speaker.
